To insure billing will stop, please follow steps below to properly cancel a package or service.
- Log into your client area by clicking on the Client Area link in the menu of the Sovahost website.
- On the menu, click on Services link and select My Services.
- Find the product you are interested in canceling and click View Details button.
- On the product details page, Management Actions in the menu and click on Request Cancellation option.
- Although optional, please provide reason for your cancellation in the form.
- Select whether you wish to cancel immediately (site removed from server that day) or End of Billing when it expires
- Finally click on Request Cancellation button to complete the request.
IMPORTANT: Do not forget to cancel your Paypal subscription if you are using it.
Dedicated services require at last 15 days notice.
